RETURN POLICY
Items Eligible for Return for Store Credit:
All online orders and store orders that require shipping will be eligible for return in the form of online store credit only within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Return Shipping
• Returns requested within 1–14 days of delivery:
A $14 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Returns beyond 14 days: returns not accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return:
• Product must be in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered)
• Original tags must be attached
• Item must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odor, or any other scent
• Item must be free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or damage
• Item must be in original packaging
• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or online order number
Items must be returned in resellable condition.
Any item returned with visible wear, damage, or odor will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

When Returning Orders That Included a Gift With Purchase (GWP)
• If the promotional gift is not returned, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an E-gift card.
• You may keep the promotional gift with purchase if your order spend level (excluding tax) still qualifies for the promotion after your return is processed.
All promotional items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen! Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. Please note that a 3.5% processing fee will be deducted from any approved cancellation to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. After 30 minutes, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled. This ONLY applies to FULL PRICE orders. We are unable to cancel sale orders for any reason.
