Shipping policy
- All US shipping addresses are charged a $10.00 flat-rate fee unless the order total exceeds $250 in which case the order will qualify for free shipping.
- All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.
- 1-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
- 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Purchases made on sale items will be subject to a flat rate $10 shipping charge.
- For orders using in-store pickup, please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
